Corrective Action(s): Bins and lids were rewashed and sanitized at time of inspection. Ensure all equipment is properly washed and sanitized prior to placing on clean equipment rack. - Hand sinks were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - Bleach sanitizer solution available at 100 ppm in bucket. - Two-compartment sink for manual warewashing maintained in sanitary condition. - Walk-in cooler and upright cooler were measured to be at 4C or colder - All freezers were measured to be at -18C or colder. *Note: walk-in freezer no longer in use. - All refrigeration units were equipped with accurate thermometers - Temperature logs were well maintained - All other equipment maintained in sanitary conditions - Good food storage practices noted. Dry storage areas satisfactory - General sanitation satisfactory - No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection - Floors have been repainted - good. *Ensure floors of walk-in cooler are also repainted.
