-Follow-up inspection to July 24, 2019.
-Public Health Act Correction Order issued to cease serving Soda Sua Hot Ga, which is made with raw egg yolk. Operator was given option to cease serving item permanently and removing item from menu or purchasing pasteurized egg yolk. Facility has decided to stop serving the product and has crossed the item out in the menu. If facility wants to serve product in the future, ensure only pasteurized eggs are used.
-Conditions of the Public Health Act Correction Order have been met. Correction Order has been rescinded.
