Dumped orange solution and changed to last of the quats. Measured out at 200 ppm. Corrective Action(s): Make sure to order new container of quats concentrate. Order to happen tomorrow. **Also, make sure to have the pump set to the spray bottle unless santiizing the coffee urns, which would be better using the bucket setting. Violation Score: 3
