Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Labeled sanitizer spray bottle noted at 100 ppm QUATS. Operator is adding warm water to mixed solution.
Corrective Action(s): Dispenser is dispensing 200 ppm QUATS, do not dilute this mixture in the spray bottle or the 3rd comp of dishwashing sink.
Follow manufacturers instructions for testing sanitizer at room temp to get accurate readings with the test strips.
