Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bus pan full of rice was cooling at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that food is cooled from 60-20C in 2 hours or less, and from 20-4C in 4 hours or less. Rice was placed back in the cooler.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No bleach sanitizer was available at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Use a 100ppm chlorine bleach solution (5mL of unscented household bleach in 2.5L of water). Sanitizer solution was made up at the time of inspection.
