- Hand washing sink was properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - good.
- Three-compartment sink was properly set up for manual warewashing. Sinks were maintained in sanitary condition and sink plugs were available
- Quats sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm for sanitizing food-contact surfaces
- All coolers were measured at 4C or colder. Freezers were measured at -18C or colder
- Accurate thermometers available for use. Temperature records well maintained
- Dipper well in use for ice cream scoops - good
- Yogurt was held in ice, measured at 4C. Good.
- Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition, scoop properly stored in between uses.
- Food storage practices satisfactory. Dry storage area satisfactory
- No signs of pest control noted at time of inspection
- Cooler door handles have been replaced and are in good conditions - good.
