Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink in dishwashing area was blocked with gabage can. Other cleaning items were stored directly in front of sink making access more difficult.
Corrective Action(s): - Please ensure that this handsink is always easily accessible for hand washing.

Comments

- Temperature of coolers and freezers were adequate.
- Hot held food was above 60 degrees C.
- Liquid soap and paper towels were available at all hand wash sinks.
- Bleach solution was available to sanitize food contact surfaces and work spaces.
- Final rinse temperature of the dishwasher was 71 degrees C at the plate.

** Deep cleaning required in hard-to-reach areas to get rid of dirt and food debris. This will allow easier monitoring for pests. Some dropping-like debris noted. Please monitor for activity and keep all food protected.

** Store eggs on lower shelf below vegetables and cooked foods.
