- 2 compartment sink - satisfactory (hot/cold running water & sink plugs - available).
- Cooler (beverages only/not potentially hazardous) at -1.1 deg C.
Note: Insert cooler (small prep. cooler) - was turned off/no food. Ensure that this cooler <= 4C during the operation hours.
