Observation: - Meat slicer not cleaned and sanitized.
Correction: - This may cause pathogen growth on the meat slicer, and may spread to food if it is being used without cleaning.
- Clean the meat slicer by taking it apart and washing off all the food bits, then sanitize. Make sure the meat slicer is cleaned and sanitized after each use, unless its being used continuously, clean and sanitize it every 4 hours.
CORRECTION: immediately.

- Back door was closed at time of inspection
- Ice machine has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- All food is covered in storage
- Dry storage has been reorganized, all food and food equipment is off of the floor.
