Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-C3KLYU.
All infractions have been corrected.
-All potentially hazardous foods in the prep cooler are measured at 4C or lower.
-Prep cooler at the front of house is measured at an air ambient temperature of 4C.
-Can opener blade is in sanitary condition.
-Used linen is stored outside the walk-in cooler away from food.
-Accurate food thermometers are in all cold-holding units.
-Health screening and disinfection frequency of high-touch surfaces documented.

NOTE: Place thermometer in the walk-in cooler away from the door to ensure a more representative reading.
