Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Both sanitizer spray bottles 0 ppm Quaternary Ammonia.
Corrective Action(s): Refill spray bottles with 200 ppm Quaternary Ammonia. Change sanitizer frequently to maintain sanitizer strength.

Staff refilled sanitizer during inspection.

Observation: Mouse droppings observed in the following locations:
- walk-in cooler (chicken) floor corner under shelving
- on floor and under palletes stored right of deli front entrance
- floor along back wall behind packaging station
- on floor under shelving to the left of corner handsink
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.

Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning.

Do not use palletes in deli area for long term storage as they obstruct staff cleaning efforts and provide harborage for rodents.

Observation: Deli department floor tiles: grout between floor tiles has worn away allowing food debris and grease to collect between floor tiles
