Follow up inspection. New commercial dishwasher has the required hot water sanitizing rinse (90C at gauge and >71C measured inside of the machine).. Also, a new walk-in freezer has is being constructed next to the walk in cooler. No objections to this additional equipment. Freezer temperature is to be -18 C.
