General sanitation- good. Food safety measures in place. Walk-in freezer - satisfactory. Storage well organized. 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. All hand washing stations provided with hot cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. Surface sanitizer (Alcosan) is available at work stations. Note: High temperature pan washer not in use at the time of inspection.The operator stated that manual dishwashing and cleaning in place. Equipment washed and sanitized at the end of each shift.
