Routine inspection was conducted prior to granting health approval in regards to 'name change'.
- Hand sink maintained with hot & cold running water, liquid soap, paper towel.
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizers present.
- All refrigeration units were <4C.
- All equipment & food contact surfaces are sanitized
- Storage of food prevents cross-contamination
- General sanitation is good.
Health approval granted.
