Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) One spray bottle of bleach was too strong and bleached out the test strip.
2) Scoop was stored in an ingredient container with the handle in contact with the ingredients.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure bleach is maintained at 100ppm to 200ppm. Concentrations in excess of 200ppm are considered toxic. Bleach was prepared at 200ppm at the time of inspection.
2) Ensure scoops are stored in a sanitary manner to prevent potential contamination of ingredients. Scoop was moved at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Back upright coolers were both at 4C.
-Front customer area cooler was at 4C.
-Under counter freezer was at -14C.
-Customer area freezer was at -15C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Donair meat undergoes a secondary cook step.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs available.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Raw meats properly stored separately from ready-to-eat goods.
-General sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom was found to be clean and sanitary. Handwash stations supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until August 18, 2023.
