Follow-up inspection conducted in response to Report #TCHN-CD6R7G Prep table has been replaced. Unit measured 2.8°C at time of inspection. 1 door upright cooler (Efi) has been adjusted. Unit measured 0.4°C at time of inspection. Ants no longer observed in office area. Mop pail in janitorial room observed to be empty and dry. Areas where build up of food debris were observed have been cleaned. All infractions from routine inspection have been corrected. As briefly mentioned during the previous inspection: Renovations are being planned for back kitchen area. Please submit a floor plan for approval prior to starting construction. Please provide food safety plan for any new menu items and and sanitation plan for any new equipment.
