Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed mould and mildew like deposit on the inner wall and components of ice machine. Manager removed ice and began process of cleaning and sanitizing at time of inspection. You must routinely clean and sanitize the ice machine in accordance with the manufacturer's directions to avoid the build-up of mould and mildew, which could lead to the contamination of ice.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is excellent.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
All freezers at adequate temperature.
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 76.8C at the plate level.
Routine pest control service in place (bi-weekly). No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time.
Food contact surface sanitizer was measured at 100 ppm chlorine as per test strips.
In-use utensils are stored in sanitary manner.
General food storage practice is excellent.
