Routine inspection
- Handsink fully equipped with hot/ cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Two compartment sink with drain plugs available for manual dishwashing
- High temperature dishwasher measured to have a final rinse temperature of 73.9C
- Bleach surface sanitizer available in a bucket. Concentration measured to be at 100ppm
- All standing freezers measured to be at -18C or lower
- All standing coolers measured to be at 4C or lower
- Thermometers observed in the refrigeration units. Staff has a probe thermometer and document temperatures on temperature logs twice per day
- Foods are stored off the floor and labelled. Raw meats (e.g. eggs) are stored below ready-to-eat foods.
- No pest activity detected during inspection. Dry storage observed to be organized.
- Domestic ventilation hood available.
- COVID protocol in place (e.g. indoor masking, screening, and symptom check in place
