Observation: Interior of ice machine requires cleaning and sanitizing; mildew/mould/biofilm observed on condenser panel.
Correction: Ensure all parts of the ice machine are thoroughly washed and sanitized, and do so at least once a month.

- Walk-in cooler has been repaired; ambient temperature was at 2C
- Ice machine has been cleaned and sanitized
- Ventilation canopy baffles have been cleaned and sanitized
- Outsides of dishwasher have been cleaned and sanitized. Ensure walls, floors, and drains in dish pit are also maintained in sanitary conditions.
- All hot foods were held at above 60C - good.
