Observation: * Ceiling in main kitchen has some build up of grime/debris that requires cleaning and more frequent maintenance; also, this ceiling requires repainting as it has discolored and difficult to clean
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure ceiling cleaned regularly too; repaint for easier cleaning and maintenance

Observation: * Some tiled areas are showing signs of grout depletion where not much grout left in some areas; these areas require regrouting to allow proper maintenance and cleaning; caulking around sinks has deteriorated and mold growing in some areas-- these areas require recaulking to maintain in proper working order
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all tiled areas properly regrouted where grout depleted and maintain; also, recaulk all sink areas as caulking has dimished and deterioated and mold evident
