- Quat sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in spray bottle
- All equipment maintained in sanitary conditions
- Walk-in freezer was below -18C
- Walk-in cooler was below 4C
- Food storage practices good - all food kept off the floor and covered
- General sanitation good
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
- Finished product is packaged and labelled on-site
- Delivery truck not available for inspection at this time.
