Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)] (Raw chicken skewers, ribs and shrimps stored in undercounter cooler under flat grill were stored at 7-8C. Operator informed that the cooler was being defrosted and there was water dripping from the unit. Technician was informed to be servicing today and had informed that the unit was adjusted for defrosting.)
Comments

Undercounter cooler was reading at 1.6C, food stored inside were measured at <4C.
Metal inserts appear to be maintained.
Food stored in walk-in cooler were covered after lunch rush.
Mice droppings have been removed from affected areas noted in previous report.
Hole identified under bar was referring to small hole under bar counter by front entrance, and this has been sealed already.
Exhaust hood, under fryer, kitchen floor and cupboards have been cleaned.
Probe thermometer obtained and in use - reviewed basic safe food temperatures with operator onsite.

Pending issues:
1. Edges of the sandwich cooler has build up which needs to be removed.
2. Space between flat grill and undercounter cooler has debris that needs to be removed.
3. Mice droppings behind bar cooler identified to operator must be cleaned and sanitized.
