Corrections required have been completed. However, more deep cleaning is still required.

1. Fume hood grill area is now cleaned and maintenance is up to date. Walk in coolers are now cleaned. Ensure to clean inside the fans when it is safe to do so to remove old mould.
2. Rodent activity near soya sauce storage area is complete but under shelving in the corners still have rodent feces. Further cleaning is still needed. Always check in hard to see areas.

Continue cleaning as per cleaning schedule to ensure a safe and sanitary service.
