- The handwashing station was stocked with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
- All coolers (walk in, upright, prep, display) are measured at less than 4C
- Upright freezer at -15C.
- Daily temperature logs for all coolers and freezers are kept up to date and on site for review.
- Hot holding unit (rice cooker, soup) at greater than 60C.
- Quats sanitizer at the dispenser and in spray buckets is measured at 200ppm quats concentration
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 75C at dish surface during the final rinse cycle.
- Tongs and rice scoops stored in ice water.
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
- General sanitation is satisfactory
