-Cut green onions stored in a covered washable bucket in the fridge
-soup ladles have towels wrapped around the handle which are changed with clean ones everyday instead of the duck-tape -okay
-hydrated noodles soaking in running cool water -okay (not stagnant water, otherwise store the hydrated noodles in the fridge)

These 3 issues above must be monitored as a Correction Order was issued in last week's routine inspection -the next enforceable step is ticketing

-Preparation cooler closest to washer at 2 deg C -accurate thermometer present at food level
