Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temp dishwasher in kitchen had 0 ppm chlorine residual after rinse cycle. Wash and rinse cycle (With detergent) was still working, but sanitizer not dispensing.
Corrective Action(s): Operator contacted dishwasher company to repair. Operator has proposed using dishwasher to wash/rinse dishes with detergent, and then to use the 2 compartment sink to sanitize dishes in the tub. As discussed, this is only a temporary fix and the dishwasher must be repaired ASAP.

Sanitation for kitchen needs to improve. Operator is aware and will be making the necessary corrective actions.

- Coolers at 4 deg C or less, one line cooler is being repaired (no food observed inside cooler at time of inspection)
- Freezers at -18 deg C or less
- no hot holding at time of inspection
- Handwash stations equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
- Quat sanitizer spray bottles at 200 ppm quats
- Glasswasher in bar area achieved 50 ppm chlorine residual
