-Follow-up inspection to January 24, 2018.
-Both staff members on-site have successfully completed FoodSafe Level 1 on February 3, 2018 (certificate is valid for 5 years).
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Raw meats were stored below ready-to-eat foods.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottles properly labelled and tested at 200ppm. Ensure spray bottles are present in each food prep area.
-Discussed proper glove use and hand hygiene with staff in order to prevent potential cross contamination.
-Health Permit hand delivered to the operator. Ensure permit is posted in a visible location.
