Temperature of the hot holding units are satisfactory. Temperature records are maintained electronically. Sanitizer is detected in the sanitizer buckets and a roll of test strip is available. Condition of the outdoor garbage enclosure is satisfactory. Some litter on the ground outside the gate. Overdue health permit fee letter hand delivered. Please pay the overdue amount.
