Follow up on Sink Installation and General Sanitation: -2 compartment sink has been installed to replace the residential hand sink that was in the kitchen. -One side used for hand washing and other side used for produce washing. -New counter has been installed -New bins and organized containers, containers with lids for dry storage. -Inside cooler: items are covered and organized to prevent contamination. There has been significant improvement in this facility so far. Keep up the great work and continue to install more shelving to aid in organization and keeping food items off the floors. To review overall cleaning and organization during next Routine Inspection Report.
