Dishwasher now operational, able to reach 72 degrees C at final rinse cycle. Use on setting 2 until adjusted by technician Pump soap available at both handwashing stations Sanitizer available in spray bottle and buckets at 100 ppm chlorine. Remove remainder of protective stickers from equipment. Cheque #24 for $137.50 (May 2023 to March 2024) received for permit fee. Health approval granted to operate. This does not exempt you from obtaining approval from any other agencies.
