Use only scoopers with handles and store handle up in the food so as not to contaminate foods

-Store the chemicals in the bottom cabinet

Observation: 1. A whole side shelf of the Walk-in cooler has pop and alcohol storage there. A 1-door display unit in the front is already designated for pop and alcohol.

The Walk-in cooler is overly stuffed with foods stored directly on the floor in the "walk-in area"

2. over 12 large buckets of empty pop cans are being stored in the floor area of the kitchen -high traffic area
Corrective Action(s): 1. Foods should not be stored on the floor.

Remove all shelf-stable foods from the Walk-in cooler to remove the foods on the floor

2. Remove all the empty pop can buckets from the kitchen -move to the washroom. Remove the empty pop cans and alcohol bottles from the premise at least weekly as your restaurant is small for extra storage such as this
