Corrective Action(s): Staff bought spray bottles at time of inspection and made a 200ppm chlorine solution.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Soap dispenser is out of batteries and no paper towels in dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): Replace batteries in dispenser or get small pump bottle; in the meantime use the pump dish soap. Purchase more paper towels for the dispenser and use paper napkins in the meantime.

- prep cooler: 4C
- chest freezer: -33C
- back meat freezer: -22C
- hot held food: 60C

** Monitor these coolers more closely, especially the prep cooler as it is directly across from the donair broilers

Discussed COVID-19 with staff:
- no COVID-19 safety plan available; template provided
- ensure all staff are masked
- seats/tables were not marked off; marked off at the time of inspection
- use a 1:10 bleach solution for high touch surfaces
- ensure tables and chairs are cleaned after each customer
- barriers installed along the food-side of the counter
- recommend installing a barrier to the side of the cashier to protect staff
