Observation: Metal cans used for utensil storage are showing signs of corrosion.
Corrective Action(s): Remove metal cans as they may not be adequately washed and sanitized, and may potentially contaminate utensils. Provide utensil storage containers that are smooth, non-porous, easy to clean, and suitable for the intended purpose. Date to be corrected by: August 20, 2021.

Observation: No hot water available at dedicated kitchen hand sink. Maximum hot water temperature achieved was 29 degrees C. Note: Hot water is available at nearby 2-compartment sink (located approx. 1 meter away).
Corrective Action(s): Ensure hot water is available at adequate supply and pressure at dedicated hand sink to facilitate proper hand washing. Temperature for hand washing to be 38 degrees C or greater. Date to be corrected by: August 20, 2021.

Baby room cooler at 3 degrees C.
Kitchen chest freezer at -23 degrees C.
No hot holding.
High temperature dishwasher measured 78 degrees C at the utensil surface (minimum required: 71 degrees C).
Hand washing sink supplied with liquid hand soap and paper towels.
Bleach water sanitizer available in labeled spray bottle at approximately 200 ppm chlorine.
Hot and cold running water available at 2 compartment sink.
No signs of pest activity.
FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent certified staff on site. Course taken in 2021.
Discussed:
1. Recommend removing ice build up from baby room cooler.
2. Built in thermometer located in kitchen cooler appears to be non-functional. Additional thermometer was provided for the kitchen cooler at time of inspection; ensure thermometer is reading accurately.
3. Reorganization and/or additional storage required for pantry. Ensure all items are kept off the ground to facilitate proper cleaning.
