No changes to menu/operational procedures. -Handwash station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. -Coolers operating below required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating below required temperature of -18'C -Temperature monitoring system in place. -200ppm chlorine available in a spray bottle for disinfection of surfaces. -Spice room maintained in sanitary condition. -No evidence of pest activity observed. -Dishwashing sink properly equipped. -No concerns observed. Foodsafe requirement: Both operators had been recertified. Facility maintained in a good sanitary condition at this time.
