- All coolers are less than 4C - Freezers less than -18C - Hanksink is supplied with hot and cold running water and soap, paper towel - Two compartment sink available at the front coffee area - All food storage is satisfactory - No evidence of pest activity - General sanitation is satisfactory. NOTE: The Freal machine has been fixed. the inner compartment of the machine is replaced with a new one. No sign of mold or mildew. The machine is not operated at the moment - Maintain satisfactory sanitation of the machine at all times.
