Follow-up inspection conducted to routine inspection (report #TGIL-CATPZN).

Observations made:
- Display temperature gauge of walk-in cooler noted at 39F
- Internal temperature of food products stored in walk-in cooler recorded at 4C or less (e.g. sliced carrots at 4C, radish at 4C)

Ensure that the walk-in cooler is maintained at a temperature of 4C or less. Keep the door of walk-in cooler closed when not being used.

Operator stated that technician will be coming later today to examine walk-in cooler and cold air circulation system to prevent any frequent temperature fluctuations in future.
