Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Found a bottle of minced green chilli left out at time of inspection. Bottle clearly states "refrigerate after opening"
Corrective Action(s): Keep all products like minced ginger, garlic, chilli, tandoori pastes refrigerated after opening (or always refrigerated if that's what the packaging states)

Note: when using gloves, they are to be used once then discarded. A used glove was found in one of the display coolers.
Hot holding only occurs when an order has been called in in advance.
