Cleaning has been done in cupboards as requested. Products have been organized in containers Temperature records were not found on site at time of inspection - if your regular staff have the day off, someone else must be available to check & record temperatures, and produce the log books if requested. Still awaiting for forwarding of the lab test results. Have them emailed, faxed, or dropped off at my office by Thu 10 Nov (the end of this week)
