Kitchen was not in use at the time of inspection

- Hand washing station is equipped with hot and cold running water and paper towels. Supply with liquid soap.
- All coolers are ≤ 4°C, all freezers are ≤ -18°C. Ensure interior of chest freezer is cleaned.
- Two compartment sink is available for manual dishwashing. Provided manual dishwashing sign for two compartment sink.
- Food contact surface sanitizer is required while kitchen is in use. Ensure 100-200 ppm bleach sanitizer is available. Prepare by mixing 1/2 teaspoon bleach per 1L water. Ensure all bottles of chemicals are properly labelled.
- Dry storage areas are maintained
- Ice machine is maintained. Ice scoop is missing - Ensure it is stored outside of the ice machine.
- No signs of pests observed

Note:
- Groups renting the kitchen are required to submit a temporary food premises application to Fraser Health at least 14 days prior.
- If BBQ is set up outside of kitchen, a temporary hand washing station is required.
- Recommended to include cleaning as part of the rental agreement.
