Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Colouring unfit for human consumption found in dry storage. Containers (Bush colouring) are labelled ether "not for human consumption", "for external use only", or "decorative use only". Operator stated colouring was for Tandoori Chicken.
**Corrected during inspection** Operator started discarding affected product after identifying colouring agent.
Discard all product that uses the colouring as per Food Safety Plan corrective action for contaminated food. Educate staff on importance of reading labels. Ensure future products for colouring are safe to eat.

Observation: 1. Ice build up observed in front chest freezer. Ice is starting to engulf uncovered glass mugs.
2. Popsicles stored in front chest freezer observed to be stored without cover.
3. Soiled scoops observed to be stored on shelf and on ingredient containers in dry storage.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Defrost freezer to remove ice. Wash, rinse and sanitize unit and ensure unit reaches <-18°C before replacing foods inside.

2. All products in storage must be covered to prevent contamination of food. Ziploc bag of frozen mint observed to be stored on top of popsicles.

3. Scoops should be stored in containers separate containers to prevent contamination of scoop. Scoops should also be cleaned regularly. Remove scoops from storage, clean and sanitize, and educate staff on importance of using clean equipment.
