-Follow-up inspection to August 21, 2023. -Operator has obtained large metal pans to rapidly cool sauces. Sauces made the previous night were at 4C. -Under counter prep cooler was at 4C. -Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Operator stated he has reviewed hand hygiene practices will staff -Chemicals were properly labelled to identify their contents. Relabel containers as needed. -General cleaning has been carried out. Ensure facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times. -Facility has cleaned and sanitized areas affected with rodent droppings and facility continues to receive monthly pest control services. Continue to monitor for pests and employ methods to prevent further infestation. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19.
