- Co-owner also required to register for Foodsafe Level 1, as well as main cooks. Send copies of all certificates to Ying.Tan3@fraserhealth.ca.
- Cleaning in kitchen has been done. Reminder that deep cleaning must occur on a weekly basis.
- Pest control is now in place - quarterly services. No signs of pest activity noted.
- Newspapers no longer being used to line racks
- Reviewed updated Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan on-site at time of inspection. Minor revisions needed. Please email updated versions to health inspector.
