Reminder that deep cleaning must occur on a weekly basis. - Pest control is now in place - quarterly services. No signs of pest activity noted. - Newspapers no longer being used to line racks - Reviewed updated Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan on-site at time of inspection. Minor revisions needed.
