Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): All food (meats, cheese, sauces, cut veggies) noted in front display sandwich prep cooler noted between 12-15 C internal temp (as per probe thermometer)
**Staff checked internal temperature as per their probe thermometer and confirmed high temp.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food in display cooler is discarded.
***Reviewed temporary process until follow-up inspection conducted to verify repairs/ proper functionality of cooler unit. Small portions from functional cooler at/below 4 C and discard all remaining food in inserts after 4 hours and end of day.
***Practice if followed correctly may continue until follow-up inspection July 14, 2022. If cooler is still not functioning properly all food in prep cooler will be discarded and facility closed until prep cooler is repaired.
