Follow-up inspection: -cooler serviced on Monday for temperature -cooler serviced again this morning for leaking water, leak has stopped -temperature of cooler at 4C at time of inspection -two new thermometers installed in cooler -continue to monitor temperature twice daily, left door hinge not working properly, cooler will need to be replaced in the future, as per service technician
