Bleach available at 100ppm in spray bottle. Temperatures Walk-in cooler at 3C Beverage cooler at 4C Reach-in freezer at -19C Chest freezer at -20C Storage All food items were stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Food items are covered in their original packaging. Bulk food items stored in covered food grade containers. Scoop maintained in sanitary condition and stored appropriately. Covered foods randomly selected were in good condition and within their best before dates. Food items from approved sources. Chemicals are stored separately from food items. Storage is tidy and organized. No signs of pest activity observed.
