- General sanitation satisfactory. *Some attention needed under front counters on floor in front concession area as some food debris (popcorn) noted. Ensure this is cleaned thoroughly to prevent the attraction of pests.
- Handwashing sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
- All coolers were 4C or colder with the exception of the 2 door stainless cooler which is not in use.
*Front display cooler temperature not checked as unit was not turned on. Unit is turned when concession is in operation. Prior to storing potentially hazardous foods in cooler, ensure it is at 4C or colder
- Freezers were operating at -19C to -27C
- High temperature dishwasher operational. Final rinse was 77.9C at dish surface.
- Bleach present for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Concession not open at time of inspection. When concession is open or kitchen is in use for food preparation, sanitizer solution is mixed. Ensure concentration measures 100-20ppm chlorine. Use test strips to check.
- Food services supervisor has completed Foodsafe level 1 refresher (valid until July 20, 2023). Binder present with copies of foodsafe level 1 certificates for other staff. Food services supervisor has reviewed to ensure all staff working on their own hold a valid Foodsafe level 1 certificate.
- No signs of pest activity noted. Pest control contract in place with monthly service.
