Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front cooler temperature at 13-14 degrees Celsius. Cooked rice, Broth, milk and noodles at temperatures from 11-12 degrees Celsius (internal temperatures taken). CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Food items discarded.

- Mouse droppings found on floor in back area. Clean and sanitize floor with 200ppm Chlorine (1 tablespoon bleach for every 1 gallon water)
- Upper shelves require cleaning
- Grills of exhaust canopy require cleaning. These must be cleaned at a higher frequency

Dishwasher required multiple runs to get to 50ppm.

Corrective Action(s): Repair cooler unit. DO NOT store any potentially hazardous food item inside until cooler is repaired and temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius.
Have dishwasher serviced.
