Please ensure hot holding maintains 60C and greater. - Dishwasher final rinse measure 71C - QUAT sanitizer at dispenser and spray bottle measure 200ppm - Staff has valid FOODSAFE - No signs of pests - Permit is posted Note: - Temperature log are maintained to the end of Jun. July is missing. Manager has printed off a chart for July for staff to log temperatures.
