Follow-up Inspection for report#JCHY-CLXT9C. All violations in report#JCHY-CLXT9C have been corrected: -All handwashing sinks well equipped hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. -FOODSAFE Level 1 staff observed on-site. Ensure at least one staff with valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certification on-site. Ensure all FOODSAFE certification is available on-site upon inspector request for validation. -Observed staff washing hands between unrelated activities. -QUATs sanitizer spray bottles, buckets, and dispenser measured at 200ppm. Ensure to change QUAT sanitizer spray bottle every 2 hours or when visably soiled which ever is lesser.
