Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Temperature of the pepperoni and cheese on top of the pizza made table were too warm ( 7-9C). Should be 4C or less to be safe.

Observation: The restaurant has been renovated without prior health approval. Entrance into the kitchen has been moved. Equipment layout has changed.

Observation: Ants noted in the kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean the kitchen and treat for ant infestation. Install window screen for the bathroom.

Observation: The kitchen is cluttered and disorganized. Surfaces are dirty.
Corrective Action(s): Remove unused equipment from the premises (i.e., oven that is blocking the handwashing station, dirty potatoe chipper mounted on the wall, stove burner...etc). Dispose of excess garbage. Clean all surfaces including the vegetable chopper, shelves, counters, wall behind the stainless steel prep counter and dough mixer.

Food safety, sanitation plans, FoodSafe certificate for the owner, Muhmammad Molla, were submitted Mar 5.
Limited staff today and therefore only serving pizzas and fries.
Submit floor plan before proceeding with any additional renovations.
New menu has been developed, however new items are not yet available.
